YMCA Rookie Sports program. A progressive early sports sampling class that focuses on the three phases of early youth athletic development - Exploration, specialization, and proficiency.
In Rookie Sports, athletes will learn fundamentals and basics of multiple sports (Basketball, baseball, soccer, track and field, volleyball). Classes will have stages for each child to focus their development at their level using skills, drills, and games to gain confidence.
