YMCA Rookie Sports program. A progressive early sports sampling class that focuses on the three phases of early youth athletic development - Exploration, specialization, and proficiency.

In Rookie Sports Basketball, athletes will learn fundamentals and basics of the game of basketball. Classes will have stages for each child to focus their development at their level using skills, drills, and games to gain confidence.
