Description

A small group program (4-6 participants), lead by a certified personal trainer, designed to teach you how to build a stronger, healthier body in the weight room.  Learn proper lifting techniques and application of a series of upper body, lower body, and core exercises safely and effectively. All levels and abilities welcome!
