Description

Power Hour is a 60-minute strength training class designed to maximize your workout results. This class includes a variety of exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, curls, presses, and movements targeting the upper body, lower body, and core. Classes are held in the Wellness Center’s free weight area, where advanced weightlifting techniques are demonstrated.
