A 10-week program designed to gradually increase the amount of running you do each week, while also including walking breaks. Great for complete beginners as well as experienced runners and will prepare you to complete a 5K race.
Includes 2 workouts / week with a running coach and a group of other runners to help you stay motivated.
There is an optional 5k race on May 18th, starting at 9:00am, begining and ending at the Louisville High School. The race benefits The Legacy of Honor.
