Description

The weight loss program is designed to help YMCA members seeking a healthier weight achieve their goals by making small modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable healthy habits. This is a 12 week group participation program that meets one time per week for 60 minutes. Topics covered will include: balanced eating, physical activity, stress & sleep, positive psychology, goal setting & sustainability.
